Refunds
To request a refund, please contact Get Smart Dogs using our online enquiry form, providing your name, email, directory listing information and the reason you are requesting a refund. Get Smart Dogs will confirm this information and process your refund shortly after. Please note that refunds are only eligible within 7 days of the payment date.
